Amanda "the Wall" Waller is an agent of the United States government that leads a spec-ops team of criminals called the Suicide Squad. She is voiced by C.C.H. Pounder.
History[]
Amanda Waller is the director of a govenment agency known as Task Force X which is an umbrella agencie that over sees the actions of the Suicide Squad, Checkmate and Argent. After Deadshot was captured by Batman he was placed in Blackgate Penitentiary. While there he was approached by Amanda Waller who offered him a membership in a government task force called the Suicide Squad in extange for a shorter prison sentence, which he accepted.
